Yep, they made it fine. What on earth do you feed them ? I picked one up and almost dropped it because they are sooo heavy lol.
haha they get a little spoiled here.

Our neighbor grows 2 gardens...yet no one in his family will eat anything out of it. They are very picky eaters but Tom likes to grow gardens anyway. He waters them constantly so now they're growing like crazy. He came to us the other day with 3 laundry baskets full of zucchini, squash, cucumbers and corn. Plus when Tom or we go fishing they get some of that too. Oh yeah and when Aric's mom comes over she brings a couple bags of "trash" full of things like peelings, eggshells and fruit or veggies. So they get all of that on top of their regular feed!!

All of those animals eat better than we do!!! LOL

I guess so. I was watching them last night wondering if I was going to have to help them on the roost hahahaha

Great way to start the morning: my elder sister's car died. Not sure what is wrong yet, but poo, that complicates the day. She lives about 20 miles away, so small potatoes for da UP, but she needs driven to work. Though I'd rather drive her than cost her a job! Hopefully during her shift I can diagnose the problem and get a fix underway. I might just leave her my car and ask her to drive me home. I'm a bit of a recluse, and I already got the grocery shopping done n stuff. Not sure yet, though. I like having a car in the boonies, she lives in a town and things are easier to access without one.

So how has everyone been? So darn busy here have not been online. My chickies are getting so big!! But sad to say I need to get rid of a couple of girls and two roo's any ideas how?

When I was leaving CS I bought to little 4 day old chicks from ? she was in the parking lot with a few cages of birds and I tossed a bunch of wooden signs that she picked up, if you read this can you remind me what the chicks are? They are doing great getting big but I wish I knw what they are.

Anal sac surgery does have risks, but if done by a decent surgeon it rarely results in incontinence, even temporarily. The presence of scarring, a tumor, or infection increases the risks. Sometimes it is best to treat infected glands with drainage if needed and antibiotics and wait to see how they heal before seeing if surgery is nescessary.

I guess our doctor just didnt know what she was doing then- because most all the dogs were incontinent at least temporarily afterwards.
