Mid march hatch a long

Started pipping yesterday morning. Thought those little buggers were never going to hatch! I have two beautiful little faverolle chicks peeping away in the bator and about 8 other pips so far! I have a silkie chick that has a nice little hole going. I tried to take pics but bator is fogging up from newly hatched babies. Will post pics ASAP!

I'm so excited and my mom is too because how many ever hatch today that is less stress on her for chick duty while I'm away.

awesome. I ended up with 5 silkies hatching overnight, so now there are 7 babies in there!
 
Today is my hatch day, really hoping they start doing something

They aren't rocking anymore, I don't see any pips yet and I don't hear peeping. And everyone else is having chicks hatch! Just keep posting picks of your chicks as they hatch to keep me going

Hope they start doing something for you, took awhile for mine to actually pip, they were rocking, then nothing, all but one hatched in the middle of the night. My son got up sick last night so I was awake to see two of them hatch and got video for the kids

So, I had 4 out of 24 hatch. I had two blood rings early on. None of the rest even started to develop so I am sure they were not fertile. I have my roo with just 12 hens now and am going to take those eggs for the next hatch starting them next week sometime. SIL wants me to do a doz of her eggs so will set 24 again.

I loved seeing all the pictures and reading the stories. Good luck to all those still waiting...

:(...i had 10 of 29 fertile, 1 bloodring, 8 have hatched, waiting on last one...Good luck on your next hatch
 
Welsummer chicks napping after a long night and morning of hatching. So far 12 out of 36 eggs have hatched. Lots of pipping and egg rocking still going on in the incubator. Most of these chicks will go to the neighbor for his enjoyment.
 
I keep walking by the incubator swearing I see one rocking, but as soon as I stop to look, it doesn't move

Still no pips. Keeping my fingers crossed that these little guys hatch
