She's doing really well. I moved her and at first I wasn't sure she'd sit again. She was off and on for a few hours but settled back in eventually. Lucky for her, the silkie took over while she wandered around checking out the new digs.
I dropped one of the buff chantecler eggs during the move :(

Buckeyes & chanteclers are in lockdown. 17 buckeye & 3 chantecler. Hopefully there will be pips starting tomorrow!

Oh, those are the cutest chicks! I am in love with all of them!! What are your tips on getting such great photos?

Well thank you very much. Can i interest you in a sweet little chick? Lol

As far as the trick to good photos. 2 things, patience and good lighting. Natural lighting to be specific. All of those were taken with my cell phone camera, and not with my big camera that I used when I had a photography studio. I just placed a chair sideways in front of a big window to get the natural light from outside so that I didn't need the camera flash. I hate using flash, it makes everything look washed out. Not to mention there is a big delay in getting the picture!

Lol, if I were in South Carolina, I'd be knocking at your door with my wallet in one hand and a chick carrier in the other!

You are a wonderful photographer. You've captured the individuality of each chick beautifully.

Enjoy the fluffy babies!
