Hi. I'm Mike in rural Hooper, Utah. Moved here a couple years ago. I'm a new country boy with 8 laying hens and zero experience.
How inexperienced you ask? Was looking out my window & saw one of the neighbors cows got into my backyard. Went out to be a good country neighbor and lead it back when I saw a lady parked in my driveway. She said, "Boy, where do you think you're going?" I said, "To walk my neighbor's cow back?", to which she replied, "That ain't no cow!" And then, "It's the meanest, nastiest, universally hated bull we've seen in years! The owner's setting up as we speak to shoot & butcher it right here rather than try to get it back home."
Craziest part was, I had my telescope - that I just paid $25,000 for - set up in the backyard, right in the bull's way, and he somehow missed it!
So, opinions & advice greatly appreciated! Lol
