OK so we have dogs so I don't want goats that will be smaller then them. They OK with cows but have killed 13 of our chickens so yeah.
 
Look at Saanens, LaManchas and Nubians. I've seen some does from all 3 of those breeds reach well over 200 lbs.
 
You really need to have a fence good enough to keep the dogs away from the goats. If they can get in with them they may start chasing them and that may progress to killing them. It doesn't matter how big the goats are. Hopefully, your dogs won't be interested in the goats.
 
We have cattle panel with horse wire attached to it they still manage to kill chickens without digging under it or jumping it even with good fencing I don't trust them much
