Birds with an LP band number were bred by me. Birds with an LG band number were bred by somebody else (either Lynne, Mike, or Ralph, depending on the bird).

Only a 5 hr drive for me! LOL They sure are nice birds!
I have to start the old fashioned way, I suppose.

I took 3 photos yesterday and then the blasted camera said the batteries were dead so I charged them and then had company so couldn't get anymore photos.
The wind blew fiercely here yesterday and a tree fell on the power lines down at the road, we lost power, of course so all the neighbors thought they had to come tell me in person.
I have the darndest time getting chores done around here. But at least the neighbors are kind enough to help me tote water (on a well... no power, no water) to all the pens.
I'll upload some photos today.

We don't do Santa so I guess I have to be nice to him.

The chicks are about 2-3 wks, so I was told. I am thinking about putting my 2 mottled hens in with this roo since he is half Mille Fleur. I have one mottled hen that looks very nice and I would love to keep her type in the breeding.
