Mike, have you ever tried Nutra Drench for poultry? It is truely a miracle worker. A couple drops in her mouth 2 or 3 times in a day (usually) will pick them right up.

No I never have but I will have to try it!!

Love all the photos! I am trying to catch up and have enjoyed the chicks and grown birds on here. So beautiful! What a wonderful year of breeding this will be for us all! Lord willing and the creek don't rise!

Here is a pair I am going to sell. They are okay but extras for me and I am trying to cut back. You all probably remember them from photos I have posted before.







The pullet gets out and free ranges like she is a big bird so I have a hard time getting good photos of her. She thinks I am going to catch her and put her back in the pen every time I look at her.
The roo is penned with a few old ex house cats and is used to me going in and out of the stall. He hasn't figured out why those cats eat that nasty dry looking funny shaped food but then it is for old cats so I guess it is yucky.

I don't know whether to sell this lady or add her to my Frizzle pen. I have not cared for the patterns or coloring she is giving me with Xavier. Her type is lovely so I hate to get rid of her but I am covered up in hens and pullets that I think are really nice.

It is screaming roo. I have him and the 2 little lemon blue cochin chicks in a 30 gallon bucket with a screen over it. This one tries to fly out of it. It jumps quite high flapping it little wings.

The hen is a cross between a MF/Col and a mottled. She just came out like this. I should have know when she didn't express like the others that she would not give as good as the others. Her type is nice but not the coloring. Somewhere in that breeding the ball was dropped.
