Mille Cochin Info

Mille Fleur is a standard color in chickens, just not in Cochins yet. I think the best way to familiarize yourself with the color is to look at other breeds that the color comes in (D'Uccles, & Leghorns are the 1st that come to my mind)

Thank you. Where can I find info on correct patterning?

The best Mille Fleur is in the D'Uccles, so look those up. I think it is a cheveron and white blob on every 4th feather or something like that

You should see him now- those pics are a week old. He has saddle feathers and his cushion is thickening a lot.

He was hatched middle of May, so he's only about 4 months old. Only going to get better! I love it that you keep us updated with pictures
