I want to get this chicken, i am just not sure what breed it is or how old

Sorry no, this chicken is in the animal shelter, and this was the only pic that they had online

It looks like a booted bantam hen, probably older than a year since she's molting.

I can't really tell from the picture (and she's missing a lot of feathers), so she could be a mix. But definitely looks like she has some booted bantam in her.

Her color/pattern looks mixed between gold laced and something else.
For that reason I'd say she is a mix.
Just my guess though.
