mille fluer leg out to side

ok, so this bird is 3months old, everyone penned with her are fine, she seemed droopy with tail down, so i picked her up and brought her in for a better look, and other than her leg being out she is eating drinking pooping,,,,, what should i be looking for?
any thoughts, thanks wendy

Sounds like Mareks, but I could be wrong. There is little information, other the leg issue.

in addition to the possibilities mentioned above it could also be slipped tendon (possibly from perosis?)
