Turns out, the silver pullet has been laying in secret. Caught her today, & even checked her vent to see if it's stretched like a laying bird should be, & her vent is small like a none layer. I had one other chicken do that one time, but don't remember who it was.

Well, it sure has been awhile. Where is she laying? Under the coop?

She doesn't have a hidden nest, turns out I was already collecting her eggs unknowingly.
Inside the coop, they don't have access to outside yet, gotta finish their run once it's no longer frozen to the ground, & block off the gap under the coop.

Relatable, I also find it a bit annoying when multiple pullets start laying and you don't know which egg belongs to which pullet
