Yes, very true. The mustiledae family is known for their ferociousness. Wild minks have been observed taking down full grown SWANS! They are known for not being afraid of anything. My belief is that if minks can be tamed and trained than wolverines can to. However I’d feel more comfortable with raising it from a kit so it bonds with me. Joseph Carter prefers to raise them(minks) from kits/babies if he wants them to be loyal and bonded pets. Though it would be basically impossible to get my hands on a wolverine, let alone a wolverine babywolverines are very mean (my grandpa had a run in with one moose hunting tried to take there moose from them)
Adorable alertAfter I successfully tame and train a mink I hope to work with other mustiledaes like fishers, short/long tail weasels, pine martens, and otters. I’d love to work with all them and they are incredible animals and I really want to work with them in the future. The mustiledae family is adorable!

Of course I’ve considered it! We don’t have any farms(that I know of) here in Massachusetts and Joseph carter(the inventor of minkenry) does this but he said that it took a long time before he actually found a farm that would sell him one, in fact he was threatend and even had the cops called on him more than once when he went around asking because people were very suspicious of him because of the negative attitude towards mink farms from animal activists he was suspected of being one of them and farmers didn’t trust him. I may ask around but if I trap one I will jump at the opportunity. If a farm is willing to sell me one then I will do it in a heart beat. I really doubt a mink farm selling a kid a mink.Have you considered going to a mink farm and getting a young or even baby one to raise?
I think that would be easier and less stressful for them than a wild one. Especially considering that wild ones can be dangerous. Not so much to people but feeling threatened I'm sure they would bite.
We have had problems with a mink the last year and haven't been able to get it. Come get ours please if you insist on a wild one lol.
