Minnesota people have to know they need a ND import permit to sell there and a Minnesota import permit to buy there from the seller. form 9-3 I think it is.

March 25 Pierz has an auction for poultry and exotics.


April 14, I think is a swap and pigeon auction in New Ulm.



You must bring your NPIP papers to sell at either of these. The guy in Pierz wants 3 copies for some reason.
