You had me until you mentioned Lutefisk! I tell my relatives that eating Lutefisk is a bit like eating snake. You can eat it, but why when there is so many other better tasty fish to eat!

I am thinking there will be a resurgence of lutefisk popularity this year, due to Covid those that have lost their sense of taste and smell might want to try it.
