My hens have been enjoying the covered runs today. Plus they got a fresh chopped up pumpkin in each coop. I really need to get my heated water dishes put in soon. I've been procrastinating on that

The report is that only the roosters were foolish enough to go out today.

Holm, I noticed that and it seems very sad.   Why are you conspicuously gone Ralphie?! 

I'm certain he is lurking about. When he is done licking his wounds he'll be back.
Hopefully he realizes that we value his presence.
