I have found it cleaner and easier to slice the jugular. Then u can still hold the head without them shaking it all over and covering u with blood.

That sounds cruel!!


But then cutting the heads off might not be very friendly either..

I found they dont flap as much to. I will have to put a video on youtube and show u.

Cutting the head off is about the same thing. U just take the head off all the way instead of leaving it on. I have butchered both ways and for sure like cutting the jugular more. And they fo seem to flap less.
