Minnesota!

So i met one of my neighbors down the road yesterday at the farmers market. I almost forgot about it, but i thought you guys would find it interesting. He is co-owner of a company that raises quail (3 different breeds) then they send them to Zoos, raptor centers, and other places like that with large predatory birds as food! how cool/unique is that! they euthanize the birds, freeze them, and ship them on planes from our regional airport. They have something like 3000 quail at any given time and hatch their own.

Maybe i can get some quail from his next year to add to our farm! I have been watching craigslist for a while for an old shed or something similar to use as the start of a pen.

My wife is so contrary today.

I just do not understand women, I guess. I took off my coveralls last night and laid them nicely on the back of a recliner in the living room. Now when I am ready to go outside I asked if she knew where I had a pair of coveralls.

She replied " Here on the chair"

I said " no, those are dirty, they need washing."

She replied (censoring out the words that would get me kicked off here) "what are they doing on the chair?"

I said " waiting to get washed"

She said " how am I suppose to know that?"

I said. "It's your job to know"

She seems a little put off by this exchange. Any idea why?

From my point of view, Just past 694 is known as Minneapolis. or the Cities..

Oh no. That is totally way out in the sticks. I have heard banjos out there.
Hahaha, now that's funny. I'm gonna have to go with Ralphie on this.
I think @bantiesrule would agree as well. She picked up that waterer from me at my work off of 694 and north on lexington, she said they weren't used to driving in the cities ;)
