It is a doghouse that was built in a shop class.  Heavier than heck.  INo dog yet.  I figured I would end up with a dog sooner or later with all the strays that show up. got the dog house and not one stray in 3 years.  I don't want to adopt a dog unless I have the proper time to devote to it, especially in the beginning.  A desperate stray though, I would offer whatever I could, if that makes sense.

 , whats the story on the kitties?  Are they outside your shop yet?  how is it going?

@KlopKlop , those kitties have gotten so big! and they look perfectly happy with the snow, the wagon, and the dog too. Have they met the chickens? I'm glad you have decent weather to introduce them to the outside.

Sue has a grain wagon on loan from the farmer that she buys corn from for her corn stove, and it is open at the top, plus not all that tight. She has corn everywhere in the pole barn and get so irrritated at the corn in the tools, in every container, etc from the mice. Really wasn't happy about the mice storing the corn in the tailpipe of the truck!

She is buying a smaller one new and making a lid for it hoping to mouse proof it.

But with your kitties, shouldn't be too bad. Here's hoping they turn out to be excellent mousers.

They seem to be equally apprehensive of each other but they are getting used to each other. The chickens can really get clucking when the kittens get too close. Buck was standing guard but wasn't exactly being a tough guy haha
