Minor wound, do I need to keep her separated?

One of my dogs got one of my silkies this afternoon. It looks like a really minor wound, I couldn't find any punctures. There was a little bit of blood, but it looks more like a scrape and not a puncture wound. (my dog is heavy and kind of slow!) There are some broken feathers and a broken toenail that bled a little bit. I cleaned her really well with peroxide and put some neosporin on it. I also cleaned the toe with peroxide and put some blue kote on it.

She's been inside in the hospital kennel for about an hour. I gave her some water with acv and a little handful of her layer crumbles just to make sure she was eating ok. She's eating and drinking fine. She's pooped a couple of times and they look completely normal. She was acting totally normal until I put her alone in the kennel.

So, it looks to be a really minor wound, luckily. I was intending to keep her separated for the whole night, but she is really not happy about it. Now she's squawking and pacing in the kennel and looking for a way to open the door! I tried putting a towel over the kennel, but it didn't work.

Its really stressing her out to be alone. Would it be ok to put her back in the coop tonight?

Any advice would be appreciated, this is my first chicken injury.

If the other chickens can't "see" the wounds, she should be fine out with the others. If they're obvious then she will need to be kept away for a little while.

No, you can't see the wound at all. I had a hard time finding it under all those furry feathers!

But, she has calmed down now and went to sleep. So I think I will just leave her and put her out first thing in the morning as long as she's doing good.

Now, I have to calm down! I was so worried that she was seriously hurt and I felt so bad that I didn't watch the dog close enough. It was my fault that he got to her, I feel so guilty. I was so lucky that it turned out ok. I'm going to be so much more careful in the future!

Thank you for your help!
