I'm going to say that it sounds like a boy , I had one male the hissed and attacked his last straw with me was when he attack my son who was 2 at the time . He found a new home after that.

Im trying to find a good home for my miscovy cuz i dont have thr room for it and that its geting too aggressive. Wow i vant believe that my miscovy is a boy. Thought it was a girl.

Oh not saying 100% sure it's a male , but it's hard to tell seeing how your muscovy is lacking the face caruncles. Yours actually looks like a Swedish & muscovy mix to me .. do you have a local feed store who might take it in ? I wish you the best of luck with your duck.

Any bird that attacks your kids needs a new home pronto, and isolation leading up to that.

I raised my son with Muscovies, including male Muscovies, and they never attacked him, even when he was in diapers and holding his peanut butter sandwich on his plate over his head.

However, my Rhode Island Reds had no hesitation in snagging the sandwich off his plate. And the RIR roos all became dinner, one after another, as they got aggressive.

Full disclosure: Muscovy meat is more like roast beef than like duck or chicken. But I never had to go there for toddler interaction issues.

Hello it's been awhile since I posted but I recently got my miscovy duck back after I tried to find home for him but ended up keeping him. My male miscovy duck is 7 months old . He is a really nice duck and likes to talk back but always wasn't to mate with me. Every time I go in the coop kennel he comes after me and bites my feet and legs, and Flys at me. How can I help him without having a female to have more babies cuz I do not want more lol.
