I like a bubble bath, with plenty of Lavender oil, and a splash of vanilla, a good book (the outlander series?) and a large jar of ice water with a straw. that cures just about anything that ails.

When the winter cold gets to me and makes tha pain almost unbearable I like to cozy up to my three favorite guys... Bryan, Ben and Jack. AKA...Bryan [DH], Ben Gay and Jack Daniels.

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

It has been a rough couple of weeks around here but this made me feel good to come home to 3 newly hatched chicks and the other 22 in the brooder!

Baby Bunnies! I have 6 babies now in the kindling nursery.
They are about a week old and thier eyes are not opened yet.
My does are so sweet, they are really taking good care of the kits.
2 lovely lilac Fuzzy Lops
4 sweet Jersey Woolies (2 broken lilac and 2 broken black)

I lost my Mom and my sweet Golden Retreiver died last week.

I have been so sad.
I really have enjoyed the comfort of having the new babies around.
