My little bantam frizzle has a mishapened eye. It looks almost like a goats eye! I have read up on meraeks disease but I still don't know if it is. One of my Easter eggers had two paralized legs but she is fully recovered now. I don't think any of our chickens have been vaccinated. Is there a possibility that this is not meraeks and something that we can treat?

Usually with Mareks the pupil may appear tiny or pinpoint, and sometimes the outline is fuzzy or misshapen. The iris may lose color.

It does not look like images of a typical Marek's eye, while the pupil edge does seem a bit less defined, I don't see the color changes in the iris that are usually associated with Marek's. Can she see out of that eye? Does the pupil react to light?
This link has a picture of any eye that looks very similar to your birds (scroll down) and there is note of a vet visit in which the vet did not feel it was Marek's.

If it has not always been that way, then an injury is certainly possible.
There are also abnormalities called coloboma's, some of which don't exactly look like your birds, but thought I'd mention those as well. I have seen some that are more similar. They happen in humans too, and you can google for a lot of images.
And this site with pictures of 'blown eyes' in birds:
