Missing bookmark button

The ads only show up on my Kindle Fire with their BYC app (Kindle Fire uses their Silk browser but BYC runs thru their app). Not a problem on my laptop.

No, I do not have the bookmark, that's my problem. However, I do remember seeing it when we first did the conversion.

I have tried screenshots. can't get them to work on here.

No problem, I understand when things get frustrating. Have you tried clearing out your browsing history/cache and signing back into BYC?

Thank you for your understanding Yorkshire Coop, it is very much appreciated. I tried the logging out and in and I have my machine set to clear my cache every time I shut down. Since others are also having different issues with the bookmark feature, I may just have to wait and see if you hard working folks are able to iron out the glitches and see if mine get corrected in the process.
