Missing feathers and lumps on neck

Is this normal?? Forgive me as I'm a newbie! But our 6/7 week old bourbon red has lost neck feathers and has 2 bumps on his neck. We dusted for mites and lice as precautionary...but what the heck? He's healthy otherwise!
