Missing feathers on front of three hens,

Three of my girls are missing feathers on the front of their necks above their chests. I put peck no more on all three the area isn't raw just bare. They are 6 months old. Some are laying but not all, we have 13 hens and 1 roo. Is it over mating? Are the other girls pecking them? I haven't seen any unsual behavior when they free range,

What is their diet? How big is the coop?

They eat all flock scratch feed, w treats and calcium, coop is 120sqft and their run is 180sqft
