missing feathers on head with red skin

I have an 11 month old Aracuana that is missing her feathers on her face and neck. She has been that way for a couple of months but now her skin is really red. She is still laying. All of the other girls look fine. I've checked for mites but don't see anything. Any ideas would help.

Do you have a rooster? I have two girls who are like this that are favorites with the two roosters I have.

No I only have girls. I was thinking she was molting but I think she's too young. Then I thought maybe the other girls were picking on her but I would think some of her feathers would start to grow in. Do you think it is a disease or stress?
