Missing feathers?

My hen is missing feathers on her sides and around her neck. Not sure what is causing it. The feathers seem to have broken off? I don’t see any picking on her.

Do you have a rooster? It could also be molting.

That looks like that's from a rooster! Don you have one or more than one. It could be she is molting.
