Omg u guys won't believe this. I had to wrap it in a towel and sleep with it ne t to me to stop that little girl screaming and escaping her broader all night. She has 1 wing how is she getting up 1.5 feet lol. Time to put her with her sisters for the day...

Sounds like she's doing well! I sometimes clip wings on juveniles to keep them from flying over my fence, some of them still manage to do it. When they are still light weight, they sometimes adapt to only one wing and still get around pretty good. Once she reaches adult weight it won't be so easy.

She's doing great never had so much as ooze from the wound after the surgery.

so update on this bird. she runs jumps and causes just as much trouble as all her sisters that still ahve 2 wings. Ive been happy with her recovery and her adaptation. Her names now Nemo. shes got a lucky wing.
