Mission Impossible: Turkey Eggs

@KikisGirls I have two thermometers/Hygrometers in there but I think only one is reading correctly because only one matches the temperature gun.

The other is reading way too high and it is not actually that hot and the humidity is way too low for how it feels. The one not reading correctly is for outdoor use. The one for indoor use is reading correctly. I didn't have enough time to try to mess with them this morning.

I trusted my temp gun at first. Think day one or two of balut. I would not trust it(mine) again.

Walmart...two dollars.

I'm going out to Tractor Supply, today. Walmart is next to it. I'll see what I can get.
Think fish section.
And think salt!
Calibrate the humidity gauges tonight.
Easy peasy. Put them in a zip lock bag next to a dish (still inside the bag) of salt and a little water.
Wait a few hours and the humidity level should read 75%.
If it doesn't then you will calculate by how much it is off by taking 75 and subtracting the number on your gauge.

When I get home I'll take pics of my thermometers and hygrometers and consult with you all.
