I will let it warm up and set it at around noon. For simplicity's sake I will count day 1 for all 3 new eggs to be complete by Monday morning.

Actually, I didn't do that to the egg. I found it like that. That section of the egg was lying in the mud.

Then likely the mud absorbed the dyes while they were still wet. It also most likely removed the bloom on that section of egg.

Nothing visible in egg X (Clear egg on day 2) yet. The yolk is a little bit darker orange now, but that is it thus far.

That's correct. The ID goes as follows in terms of marking on one side:marking on other side

Original clear egg~ X:1
New egg #1~ Y:2
New egg #2~ Z:3
Egg #4~ W:5/12/18

I have set up a temporary live streaming of the incubator/eggs. Right now I am using my phone. Later I will try to configure this with a camera and/or an old phone that we don't use anymore that can just sit in the bator.
