Mite eggs help ? Please

I recently bought a chicken online and notice she have mites . Day 1 I bath here is dish soap and soak her in diluted vinegar water and dry her up and dust her with de. Today I dust her with permethrin dust and noticed she have mite eggs stuck to her skin and feather . I tried to comb it out with a lice comb but it literally have to pull her feather so I stop . So what should I do next ?
