Are you talking about coop or run?
What do you have in the run - straw, pine needles, etc.? If there is bedding type material in the run, I would remove that first (take it to a burn pile if possible) then mix the concentrate per instructions and treat the run. (pen the chickens somewhere else while your doing this).

For the coop, do the same thing - remove all bedding/nesting material, spray the coop interior and let dry, replace bedding.
Of course treat the birds too

Repeat treatment in 7day intervals a few times to kill any that hatch.

Can you see the critters that are biting you and the chickens-what do they look like?

The hens look good, been using the dust on them, shaving's in coop, remove all weekly with a cleaning and spraying Martins premixed pen & poultry spray (permetherin)every 3 to 4 days. The run is 15×25 grass, mulch, dry dirt area and they free range on 1/2 an acre 3 to 6 hrs a day. Cannot see what is biting us, no actual bumps or anything on the skin either but very noticeable and extremly irritating

In this picture you can barely see what is a whitish grayish color on his wattles' that is progressively getting worse also getting on his legs. The local rural king has a rooster with a really bad case of it and someone there said it's believed to be fungal. From what I have read on byc I can use lotramin or antifungal cream. Does anyone have any experience with this?

The white could be a fungus called Favus, you can put an anti-fungal cream on that.
The top and sides of the comb also look to be crusty or it could be dirt. If he is agreeable, try to clean those places and apply either the anti-fungal or triple antibiotic ointment. Sometimes with combs that have a lot of nooks, crannies and creases dirt, debris, etc. will build up over time and "fester".

What a sweet little guy, he's going to be just a pure pet by the time you finish getting him treated.
