Mites, lice or molt?!

Take a guess any guess? I am in Michigan so in my defense I have been leaving and coming home in the dark but much to my surrise I opened the coop today and saw her looking all sad (along with feathers all over). So any guesses while I wait for roosting time to go snatch her up? Any tips for mite checking? I've never dealt with them before. ....help a new girl out!!

Thank you all. Lol I'm sitting here in panic...going to go double check for mites as soon as the hubby gets home and can help. It's been -15ish all week it's quite miserable out
