Was just out to clean the coop and noticed these guys all in the bedding kinda jumping or flying a bit. I check two of my girls and didn't see anything on them I could find, other two are molting and didn't want to handle them to much. Any idea's what these guys are?

Praying they are gnats, they sure do look like them. Upon closer inspection they look to have small wings not really shaped like a fleas.

In any case I am going to clean the coop, spray it down with some Permethrin 10, and give the girl a DE bath.

give the girl a DE bath.
Just offering info I have seen repeated multiple times in these forums (because I haven't had to deal with pests (yet)) - DE is said to be really quite worthless in treating much of anything, and it can actually be harmful to you and your birds when inhaled. I would skip the DE, and focus on the coop (unless you see bugs on the birds, in which case you might think about using an effective treatment on them - hopefully someone with more expertise will chime in about what product to use, although I believe you can use permetherin to treat coop AND birds). Good luck! ❣️

They are probably fungus gnats. I wouldn't bother treating for them. They like decomposing wood and such, and won't bother your chickens.
