A few weeks ago I treated my flock with ivermectin drops on their skin. A couple on the back of the neck, under wings and near vent. Today, I noticed my rooster still has mites? They are microscopic! I had to stare really hard to even tell they they were moving! Is it safe to treat him again? What do you all recommend? Thank you in advance! Photos attached.

Hard to tell if those are lice or mites.

Ivermectin will treat mites, make sure you are giving the correct dosing, it is by Weight and applied to the base of the neck along the spine, must make contact with the skin. Ivermectin is dosed once, then repeated in 10-14days.

Ivermectin Dosing:

You also need to clean out your coop, treat all surfaces, including roosting bars/nesting boxes, making sure to get into nooks/crannies. Spray housing with a Permethrin based Poultry Spray, repeat in 5-7day intervals.
