Maybe this afternoon. We have to take care of our chicken coop because we almost lost all of our chickens this morning to a predator

My pullet was lucky to get out alive. And only with hundreds of missing feathers and some skin gone.....

Better than getting killed.

She'll be ok. there's five hours to an afternoon, I should be able to use one to make another chapter.

Oh, I hate when that happens. Did you put antibiotic ointment on her wounds?

We rinsed it out with warm water and put neosporin on it. Were going to put it on twice a day, everyday. Her feathers are well covering it so no maggots or infection. She's eparated with her hatchmate from the flock and doing nicely.
