Sorry I didn't specify, I'm currently in my Mom's touch pad, thingy, (It's a knock off, but it works!) and it takes forever to type. So, sometimes I forget to add a few things.

I grinned to myself - the first grin in a long time. Of late I'd noticed my mood had been grumpy, I got frustrated easier and waves of depression often came over me.
