The Fayoumi doesn’t look Fayoumi but came from a Fayoumi egg. Is it possibly sex link from Fayoumi barring? And if so, any guesses on what coloration would be what? Cap (Fayoumi) looks like a speckled sussex chick, with different shades of brown in a patchwork pattern down half of their back like a Fayoumi minus the white.

You can't create sex links with a Fayoumi. They don't have sex linked barring. They have autosomal barring, which is a combination of genes.
