Sadly I got my eggs to day via USPS and they somehow scrambled them in the box. There was plenty of bubble wrap so they had a very ruff trip........

Okay, so I have a question. What if someone can only offer mixed eggs... but would prefer pure eggs for the trade instead of mixed?

you can do that if you want that is what I did. I traded RIR for buff mix (*those scrambled).

How many are pure and are the blacks possible black stars? Do you have a picture? How many of each one I may be interested but need to make sure of what is offered. Are your Bar Rocks you are offering pures? I hope I am making sense....Suzette

The blacks are Austalorpes? Not sure of the spelling. I hatched about 18 of my own eggs. I got about 7 pure barred rock, 6 pure buff, and the rest are mixed between the rest. I have one pen with about 4 hens, 2 are Barred Rock (no buff hens)and a barred rock rooster. All the rest are with a Buff orpington rooster, and the hens are either full orpington, or RIR. So, chances are good on getting pure bred babies.

I have a mosh posh of chickens and roos. I mostly have isa browns, some Arucanas, and some Bantams. I can do 6, 12 or fill your bator I hatched my own eggs a few months ago and had great results. All my chickens are good egg layers. PM me if you want some, how many, etc and what you can offer

I have no problem with sending just Buff Orpingtons. But we just moved, and are still trying to get pens set up. We have some temporary pens put up for them, but they keep getting out, and they keep laying in one spot with the rest of the hens. Hard to know which are pure. But should have them set up in the new pen in the next week or two, if you don't mind the wait.
