I STILL have not received my eggs from your auction that closed March 22. Can you explain?

Well since you want to put this out there for everyone to read lets be sure to state the facts. You won an auction I had posted that ended on Tuesday March 22 in the auction it clearly stated that the eggs would be shipped on Wednesday March 23. Yours were in fact shipped on Wednesday March 23 at 3:00 pm the reason they were sent at 3:00 is because I had to wait on 1 more girl to lay to send you the freshest eggs. The eggs that were sent to you were collected on Tuesday the 22nd and Wednesday the 23rd.
With that being said your eggs arrived in Kansas from Georgia on Saturday mid day and you refused them without even going to the post office to look at them. The reason I know this is becasue your exact words to me were "The postmistress called and told me my eggs arrived but I refused them becasue they took 3 days to get here" Now I have spoken to several seasoned egg shippers and buyers and all have told me that for eggs to get from Georgia to Kansas that 2 and a half to 3 days is not unreasonable, especailly since they were FRESH eggs that hadn't even been laid until the day they were shipped, those eggs at the most were 3-4 days old depending on if there were laid on Tuesday the 22nd or Wednesday morning the 23rd.
You didn't even bother going to the post office to look at them (or so you say) to see what condition they were in. When you sent me a PM i did in fact say that I would refund your FULL payment upon my receiving the refused box of eggs back at my home. However, a week later (since this all happened last saturday March 26th) I still HAVE NOT received that refused box back. Now noone I know or have talked to would ship out more eggs or issue a refund to someone based on them SAYING they have refused them and shipped them back, I dont know you and for all I know those eggs could be sitting in your incubator right now.
I have shipped out many eggs and everyone who has bought from me ALWAYS receives their eggs. I had one person whose eggs I could not send due to my girls laying patterns and I made that right. I don't appreciate you coming on here and making it sound like I NEVER sent your eggs which you and I both know IS NOT TRUE. I have never scammed anyone on here and anyone who knows me knows that is something I would NEVER do.
IF/WHEN I receive the eggs back at my home I will either ship you new eggs or refund the full ammount paid as I stated earlier, which ever you prefer. Now I know I said I would ship new ones out this week but in talking to my husband and others on here about the situation I feel it would be in my best interest to make sure that box is returned before more are sent.
You aslo stated to me that you paid more than the ammount it cost to ship. My flat shipping rate is $14.00 that includes the cost to ship to you plus the bubble wrap and packing peanuts used in the shipping. You did not ask for delivery confirmation or overnight shipping, had you requested that then I would have shipped that way. I shipped your eggs the same way I send them to anyone else who buys from me.
Any questions? Thank you and have a nice day.

1. I did not go to the P.O. becauses the postmistress ADVISED me not to accept the shipment because the box was damaged. I said nothing about the 3 days. She advised me to "refuse the parcel" so that no one would have to pay return shipping. She also told me that she NEVER gets fertile eggs in by parcel post.

2. If you had no intentions of sending the replacements until after the others were returned to you, I sure wish you would have told me. It's not what you stated in your email, and I did ask you that very question, as my incubator was sitting empty waiting for these.

3. I did not ask for an argument. I was simply trying to find out what was going on. Since I had emailed you and PM'd you and had heard nothing I wanted to know.

4. I apologize for handling it on your auction, but it made no sense to me that I was still waiting, hearing nothing, yet you were selling more eggs.

I will email you again.
Susie
