Mixed Flock Orpington, Wyandotte, and Polish?

In my experiences with polish the white crested don't need as much trimming as the laced varieties which often are bearded as well. I trim the beards back a bit on mine too.

@Blackoutcat - Poor babies. It's sad she had to separate them but you do what's best for your flock! By any chance do you know the other breeds she got with the Polish?

Just saw them today, head feathering growing back in ... She's keeping to Polish in their own pen. I considered a couple, she offered them & Brahma but for some reason 'feather footed, crested & 5th toes' I find cute but not for me.
