Congrats Rob!

No matter what breed they are, they are cute!

The two babies are doing well! The third in the egg is still "pipped" (created the first hole to get out) and we're doing all we can to keep from helping it. Maybe we'll have some more surprises in the morning!

It sure is cute to see them cuddle with each other and how well they respond to our voices. My wife and I were just watching them for a while as they took their first drinks of water. Pretty funny that one found it before the other and as she pulled her bill out of the water the other kept going after the drips on her bill... they did that for about 5 minutes until I gave the second one a little bump forward so it could drink on its own instead of bugging her sister.

Well, we have 3 healthy ones that are hatched. We candled the 3 eggs that are left and they all seem to be dead. We will keep them going until morning, but after thorough checking we don't see any signs of life, and we can see into the eggs pretty well. So, if we don't see anything tomorrow we'll probably call it quits on those.

I would wait, Rob. if they are scovies or crosses, they can take up to 35+ days.

When they are close to hatch you won't see much by candling.
