Mixing standards and bantams

My cochiin roo is doing wonderfully with the standards. He can sure run, and it's pretty cute to see him run away from the standard sized rooster.

I'm posting a few years after this thread started, but it was really helpful to me. We have a flock of 6 10 week old birds-- 5 standard and 1 bantam.
(2 Australorps, 2 California Whites, an EE, and the bantam Cochin.) I'm beginning to suspect the Cochin's a roo. We really like him a lot and are thinking of keeping him even though he'd be an out-law in our no-roo-town.
It's good to hear there's not an obvious problems (beyond the cops) with our flock. We'll see and keep you posted.

Bump. Tell me any problems you've had mixing bantams and standards
I have read a few old threads and I would like some more stories or any issues I could expect. Anyone breed them together?
I have 8 three-wk old pullets. Probably red sex links? Maybe red stars?
