Me too. I need it spread out on a table. It more real. There are lots on the interwebs but it's not the same. I like the tactile elements![]()
I have pretty good control over mine. Davis does not always come when called but he looks and he's definitely does not do things when I tell him not to (I can see he is about to chew on a house plant for example) and he does get down immediately when told. There are certain things that I'm sure they get on when I'm not around but never when I am there.I can't get over the idea that my cats would respond to a command voice. I mean they might, but would be sure to maximize destruction to the puzzle as they did so.
I need to Google that. The game we were playing is called "Scriblio" . We played for over 3 hours!
Pictures aren't showing for me MJ.
The one we got for Christmas has a lot of tricky blue sky. It's the first time I've been compelled to sort the pieces by shape and then by colour to support a methodical search. Usually I spread them out and just keep looking until I've found the one I need.Me too. I need it spread out on a table. It more real.
Ivy, Mary and Peggy cheek by jowl in the nest. Peggy spent 23 hours with her head under Mary's butt. Janet's walking around lonely, but showing impressive resistance to peer group pressure.Pictures aren't showing for me MJ.
MJ!!! And you live beside the sea! I am ashamed of you girl. I thought every true blue Aussie child knew how to paddle a kayak.Wish me luck people. This morning I'm going kayaking around the mangroves. Last time I went kayaking I couldn't go in a straight line and I beached myself on mud and then lost a thong unbeaching myself. One day an archaeologist will dig up my petrifed thong and wonder how it got there. Then they'll run a search over everthing ever written on the internet and find this post.
I was beached, archeologist! The mud sucked my thong off! I paddled back half shod. It was an amazing adventure though, a Ngarrindgeri man showed us how to find water in grasses, which plants to eat and how to find pipis by wiggling our feet in the sand. I can't give the exact coordinates of my lost thong ,but we were on the inland side of the coorong.
