Yes. I agree. Books should be opened. But carefully if they're old.

I would read it at a desk. Never in bed. Same thing happens to me when I read in bed.

How long since you've had decent rain MJ?

Hmmm it wasn't all that long ago. Earler in Sumner I think. But we haven't seen bucketing rain for some time, maybe winter a couple of years back? I haven't checked the records.

It was the change from 42.8 celsius one day to cooling rain the next that I was celebrating. The rain pretty much halved the temperature.

The wrist is doing much better I think, I know it's itching, but still hurts at times. It's really hard to not move your wrist and the arm in general. And this darn sling , I have to wear it to bed and it won't stay in place.

The hip and upper leg put me in horrible pain whenever I'm up moving around, so I'm praying for answers on Thursday when I go for my after surgery visit.

On a brighter note, I got an email from my oldest grand daughter ❤.

Yes? I don’t like today’s illustrations in chapter books. Angular and cartoon-y, not artistic.
