Rats. A cheeky sparrow went into the funrun while I was looking at byc and I missed my chance to see how it got in. Yesterday I closed off another sparrow door and I really thought it was the last one.

They seem to getting in and then they can't get out again.

FYI MJ, that new feeder I got, wild birds can’t use it! Highly recommend it, saved so much feed already and the girls have it worked out once I lowered it a little

This is what Snow and Scrambles do but I intervene, with a dog it makes me nervous,it a challenging state!
Although, yesterday I threw some cooked sweet potato out on the lawn for the girls. Scrambles runs up and decides he likes it and starts to eat some. Snow was next to him, came closer and pecked him on the head and what did Scrambles do? Nothing! He ignored it and kept pilfering the sweet potato. Must have tasted good
I always make sure I’m present if there’s scraps, just incase there’s an escalation.
Snow squatted for me when I let them out the other day, Scrambles came up while I was giving her a few hard pats, barked then nuzzled her to get her moving again. She gave some extra shakes after that than normal
Sorry for a novel there! I find co-existing animal interactions interesting.

Good morning How's your Sunday going? Is it peaceful? I've had a busy weekend because it was my turn to host the monthly games night, so I cleaned and cooked all day Saturday and had a fantastic night with six chums. We played Taco Cat for the first time and were weeping with laughter! That game is so simple and so funny! Then I cleaned up again on Sunday, visited my cousin and played with her kids before taking a beach walk with the neighbour. I'm glad it's Monday because, compared to the weekend, work will feel like rest
