Not usually. But I look carefully and it's not her usual shape.

This morning it was bulging out like that before she'd eaten anything.

Oh dear. That means she has a blockage.
When is her appointment? Until then it is worth trying massage (be careful so it doesn’t come up and aspirate her).
Also, if you don’t have any already, get your hands on a jar of coconut oil.

I just went and tucked the girls in and I noticed Nyssa’s wheezing again. Quite badly too, she was having to open her beak to take some breaths. I’ll see if I can find an avian vet tomorrow.

Thanks MJ, I’m hoping some stronger antibiotics will do the trick. Then I’ll have to start the probiotics in earnest again.
