MJ, I hope demolition day went okay.

It was good but they have to come back and do a little more. Not sure when that will happen, they have to talk to Graham before booking in. An engineer is coming Monday morning to double-check the scaffolding.

And that you will soon get over COVID.

I just did another test and it was positive. I'm going to need another box of tests.

More time needed I guess, although I'm feeling almost healthy on the cold and flu tablets!

Thank you for the update on the flock. It was wonderfully done. Good thoughts for Christa.

She had another slow day. Today, I'm more worried about Christa than Janet. I would like to see a little more joie de vivre and her comb up tall.

Do you think you could put the picture it is based on in a spoiler next time? That way I can choose not to look at it until I have done the puzzle.
I really enjoy the puzzle coming together and revealing the picture that I had only guessed at up until that point.

It's called Female Figure with Head of Flowers, 1937. It was a gift from her husband many years ago when they first met.

I thought she had retired! Her egg count has been One all year and that one was laid very early January. Maybe I'll get a month of blue eggs then nothing until Christmas 2024
