MJ's little flock

It look like it. Angel has established that she's the boss, and Princess seems content to follow her lead. I bought some pullet grower pellets as I thought it will give her nutrients that she will need (and hopefully she will get bigger and put on some weight, unlike Lottie. :()
It's sure to.

Does Angel let her eat?

Mrs B had four teeth out today :( I'm not forgiven.

She's 16. Nothing happened as such. Her teeth simply deteriorated with age. She's still got all the others and the vet said her teeth were quite good for her age.
My lovely Nightshade only has one tooth left. A single very long fang. He is only about 8. It doesn’t seem to bother him at all.
Apparently cats commonly get some issues with teeth - almost like an autoimmune reaction.
Hopefully Blossom will feel better and store her grudge to take out on you later.
Poor Puss.

Gosh! I guess he must eat quite mushy foods? By licking his plate? Did he have an accident or had his teeth deteriorated?

I'm sure Bloss will feel better once she's healed up. It takes up to six weeks for the stitches to dissolve, which seems like quite a while! I didn't have as much trouble as I expected dosing her with her painkiller, which has a bitter flavour. I'm sure the anti-inflammatory medication will be easy - apparently it's a tasty flavour.

Umm, Angel does get a bit pecky at the feeder. I’ve been putting a handful of food in the glass bowl to there’s more than one food station. However, Princess can work the treadle feeder like a champ, so can snack when Angel’s occupied.

Changing the subject: I'm in the market for a new suitcase, check-in sized but not one of the really huge ones. Any recommendations? Durability without paying too much would be great. Good zips. And I prefer hard over soft.
I don’t know about brands, but you could find some and see what trustpilot and productreview have to say.

He literally appears to have had no change in how or what he eats. Now I have never given large slabs of meat that need gnawing - but my guess is he would still have a go if I did.
He eats the same canned food as everyone else and dry kibble and the odd scrap of meat from kitchen leftovers.
He is also still my best mouser and leaves dead mice as gifts for me on the floor.
The vet said he had a gene (apparently common) that causes cats to absorb their own teeth - destroying them from the gum line. Some fall out spontaneously but they can go nasty and rot. So he has had surgery a few times to remove teeth that were causing him pain.
He seems a happy one-fanged cat.
In suitcases I have always used TravelPro wheeled bags. They seem very sturdy. Mine aren’t hard shell, but like all wheelie bags they are rigid frames not like a hold-all that doesn’t have much structure. Mine get a lot of wear and tear and do well.
