MJ's little flock

I'm back to normal thanks friends, although I can't say the same for Ivy who has decided to get her PhD in brooding. And just a few days ago I said she doesn't take brooding seriously. She must've seen my post and found her focus.

Anyway, I'm leaving her be because I can lock her in at night and keep her safe from foxes. I'll take the eggs away when she gets up to snack.

Hi folks :frow it's been a very strange week with so much to do and I've had to take sick leave too. I'll make a real post on the weekend.

:hugs:hugs

Peggy's eggs, avocado, mushrooms and the phoenix teacup.

:weeYay!!! Breakfast is back!

Glad you are feeling better M.J. I hope you get a chance to do things for yourself and relax a bit this weekend.

I think it's time other folks showed their weekend breakfasts :)
Hah! My breakfast isn't nearly as picturesque as yours!

Here is a puzzle for all you chicken fans.

This morning (Saturday) there were 2 of her eggs under the roost quite close to each other. One was thin shelled and broken and the other looked like this
